Abstract
Welcome to the Dashboard!
The Dashboard of our app offers a great overview of the Dashboard Widgets, Gamification Achievements, and Training Center Overview. There is also the possibility to contact the Customer Care Team directly in the Dashboard and access the admin area. The fundraiser dashboard also provides an overview of the locations.
By clicking on your username in the top right corner, you'll see a bar that lists the different areas and allows you to switch between them.

Dashboard
The dashboard shows your personal statistics and gives you access to all functions of the app. In the top right corner, you can see who is currently logged in and you can log out if necessary.
Below the bar, with your stored picture, you will find your statistics. The top row is for filtering your results. By default, the statistics of the current day are always displayed.
The following filter options are available:
- Click on the "Today" button to see your results for today.
- For your total results, click on the "Total" button.
- To see results from any day, use the empty field next to the "Total" button.
- Use the fields on the far right to view your results for an entire calendar week or month.
Below your statistics, you have access to the donation form of your current campaign and donations that have not yet been sent. You can upload these donations with a single click.
If a petition campaign is activated for your team, another button for the petition form is displayed below the button for the donation form.
Log out at the end of your shift by clicking "Logout" next to your profile picture.
Tip: Don't forget to refresh the app every now and then to have the latest results on your dashboard. 🚀
Dashboard & Report Widgets
Here's a list showcasing some of our available widgets. Please note that this is just a selection - many more widgets are available. All widgets can be displayed on both the dashboard and in reports independently.
If you want to use new widgets, simply send an email to support@formunauts.com and let us know which widgets we can activate for you.
If you'd like to display values that aren't currently possible with the existing widgets, please also send us an email at support@formunauts.com. In most cases, we can create new widgets with minimal programming effort.

Team Dashboard
As a coach or team leader, you have access to the team dashboard. Here, statistics about your team are displayed, as in the personal dashboard, the top line is intended for filtering.
The following filter options are available:
- Click on the "Today" button to see the results of your team for today.

Referrals Leaderboard
The referral leaderboard shows at a glance which fundraisers have earned the most referrals. Users can easily see their own current ranking on the board. The leaderboard can logically be filtered by different time periods. For more information, visit our Referrals Leaderboard Help Center article.
Trainingscenter
Here you will find the current quizzes and tests of your team.
If you have already passed the training, you will see a green circle with a checkmark. If you have not passed it, you will see a red circle with an X. If you have not yet taken the training, you will see a blue circle with three dots.
Select the desired quiz and then click on Start to answer the questions. Once you've answered the required percentage of questions correctly - you have completed the quiz. However, you also have the option of taking a quiz more than once to consolidate your knowledge.

Locations
Under the heading Stands, at the top right of the menu bar, you can request stand permits, as well as the possibility to change your stand.

Change Location
Under Change Location you can change your stand location if necessary.
Simply select the desired location and save it with Check-in. More information about this topic you can find here.
Stand permission
Under Stand permission you will find an overview of all stand permits. So it's easy to have at hand in case of inspections. More information about this topic you can find here.
Achievements
In the Achievement View, you will find an overview of all Achievements that have already been achieved or are still to be achieved.
The Achievements can be filtered in the upper bar, so you have the option of filtering by All, Unlocked, Not Unlocked, Easy, Medium, Hard, Epic and Special.

Help
As the name suggests, you will find support for problems under Help and can contact the Customer Care Team directly via a contact form.
If you have already entered an email address, it will be filled in automatically for you.
Admin
As a coach or team leader, you also have access to special statistics, can edit old and new teams, manage fundraisers or simply view the donations of your fundraisers that need to be processed. This access opens when you click on the "Admin" button.
- Under Teams, you can create new shifts or edit existing ones.
- Under Fundraiser, you can edit fundraisers or add new ones.
- unfinished Donations: Here you can see all donations to be processed.
- Donation Feedback: gives an overview of all feedback given.
