The Customer Support Team is here for your daily challenges, amendments, and requests as usual. We ensure that everything runs smoothly and tasks are done on time.
The Customer Success Team's main focus is your success, we want to be there regularly for you, to achieve goals in digitalization together. It will be a longer journey and you will always be as innovative as we are.
What is the new customer Success Package?
As we regularly want to accompany you on your journey, you get up to 1-hour consultancy per month! These will not add up to e.g. 2 hours in the following month if not used!
Besides this, you'll get a personal consultant - someone from the designated Customer Success Team.
We know we develop interesting and useful features, and sometimes it's better to try new features out yourself, to experience their impact.
So in the success package, you have the option to do so without any subscription fees!
We designed a special user report with insights into the tablets used, log-in times, activities of fundraisers and much more. This helps you to keep your hardware up-to-date as this could be a potential safety risk.
Success is all about you and your needs.
