Where can I assign the quizzes?

After the training center has been activated for your profile, you will find a new section in the admin area.

Below "Quality Feedback" (in case this feature is activated) and above "Settings" you will see the group "Trainingcenter" with 3 subgroups: "Quizzes", "Quiz attempts" and "Quiz Groups".

What quizzes a user can see is defined by which quiz group they are assigned to. Therefore you will have to first create a quiz group to let your fundraisers see the quiz.

Therefore just click on quiz groups and in the top right corner you will see the button "Add quiz group".

Here you can:

• set the name of the group
• Mandatory / not mandatory to complete

Tip: Mandatory trainings must be completed before you can start fundraising

• choose the campaigns a user must be assigned to see the necessary quizzes
• Choose the user roles that will be able to see the quizzes. Following user roles are currently available to choose from:
  • All Fundraisers
  • Only Teamleaders
  • Only Coaches
• Further you can assign individual fundraisers to a quiz group or exclude them from the training

So to make this a bit more tangible, let's go through it like in the screenshot below.
They way it is currently set, it would mean that all fundraisers that are assigned to the campaign "Demo Formular Next" and "Demo Formular" will be able to access the quiz.

If you do not select a campaign, the quizzes are valid for all campaigns. Fundraisers then have the option of accessing quizzes WITHOUT a workshift.

At the bottom under “Training Assignments” you can find:

• the individual trainings for the quiz group
• the schedule
  
  There are two different ways to schedule trainings:
  
  Schedule by days: Here you can set how many days after the first login the fundraiser will have access to the quiz. (e.g. 0 = immediately after first login, 2 = 2 days after first login)
  
  Schedule by workshift: Here you can set how many workshifts after the first login the fundraiser will have access to the quiz. (e.g. schedule is set to 7 = 7 workshifts after the first login he will have to do the training)
  
  

If both (day and workshift) are filled out, the lower vaue will be taken into account, e.g. Day 1 and workshift 5 → training will be availible after 1 day. This does not apply for any 0 value (e.g. 0 day but 2 workshift → only workshift will be taken into account)

Tip: With many quizzes, it can be overwhelming for fundraisers to complete them all at once. Use this function to make it easier for new employees to get started.

• Attempts expire after
  Should quizzes be repeated after a certain period of time? This can be configured here. (e.g. 7 = repeat every week, 365 = repeat every year)

Tip: Setting quizzes to repeat is a good way to remind fundraisers of routine actions, such as updating the tablets etc.

Where can fundraisers access the quiz?

When you access the fundraiser dashboard and click on the fundraiser picture in the top right corner the section "Training Center" will be displayed. Clicking on this button will direct the user to the quizzes.
