What quizzes a user can see is defined by which quiz group they are assigned to. Therefore you will have to first create a quiz group to let your fundraisers see the quiz. You can differentiate the campaigns, the users and much more.

Where can I set up a Training Group?
You can only set up trainings groups in the admin under training groups
only these usertypes can setup training groups
- customer admin
- campaign manager
You can see the usertype of different users in the admin under users

What are the different settings of Training groups?
Basic logic for settings
- For different settings, ALL variables must apply for the training to be displayed for fundraisers
(e.g. campaign “Demo” , campaign type: “City” , user roles: “Coaches” -> all 3 variables must apply in the team setup for the quiz to be displayed) - For several chosen configurations of the same setting, only ONE configuration must apply for the training to be displayed for fundraisers
(e.g. campaign “Demo”, campaign “Demo1”, campaign “Demo2” -> it is enough for campaign “Demo2” to be selected in the team setup for the quiz to be displayed)
Name
Choose the name for your new training group. This name is nowhere displayed for the fundraiser. It is only displayed in the overview of all training groups.
Mandatory
If you make the training group mandatory. The users have to finish all trainings successfully, which are added to this group. Otherwise, they cannot open the form to signup donors.
Campaigns
Add the campaigns which the quiz is for.
Use the arrow -->to add the campaign to Chosen Campaign
- If you want the quiz to be only visible for a 1 organization -> only choose 1 campaign
- If you want the quiz to be visible for all campaings -> choose no campaign.
-> If no campaign is in Chosen Campaign, the quiz will be visible depending on the other settings.
-> Fundraisers then have the option of accessing quizzes WITHOUT a workshift. So no team setup is necessary to be able to successfully finish quizzes
The fundraiser will see the different quizzes for organizations, depending on which campaign(s) is/are chosen in the team setup
Campaign types
If you want the quizzes to be displayed for both Campaign Types choose
- both Campaign Types (with "Strg"+Click on Windows)
- or None
If no Campaign Type is chosen, the quizzes will be visible depending on the other settings.
In this example, the quizzes will only be visible if the Campaign Type "City" is chosen in the team setup
Team types
- If you want to choose more than 1 Team Type hold "Strg" and Click on the other Team type you want to choose (with Windows)
- If you want to choose all Teamtypes choose
- All Team Types with "Strg" + Click
- Or None
If no Team Type is chosen, the quizzes will be visible depending on the other settings
In this example, the quizzes will only be visible if the Team Type "Doorstep" is chosen in the team setup
Roles
The quizzes will be visible depending on the Userrole of the Fundraiser in our system
If All Fundraisers is selected -> All Fundraisers will see the quiz ALSO Teamleaders and Coaches
If Only Teamleaders is selected -> Only Teamleaders will see the quiz NOT Fundraisers or Coaches
If Only Coaches is selected -> Only Coaches will see the quiz NOT Fundraisers or Teamleaders

Additional Fundraisers/Exclude Fundraisers
Here you can add fundraisers
- maybe because a particular user has another userrole than chosen above, but should also finish the quiz successfully
and exclude fundraisers
- maybe because a particular user already did the quizes and should not be included
You can either
- type in the name of the fundraiser to add
- or open the overview of all fundraisers with the button on the right to add a fundraiser
Training Assignments
Here you can add the different quizzes which should be visible to the users with the settings you specified above.
Click on Add another Training Assignment. And type in the Name of the Training you want to add
Click on the + to the right, to add another quiz.
To have an overview over all created trainings, go to Trainings in the Admin.
Different Schedules
- Our schedules are counted in days.
- Either choose Schedule by days OR Schedule by workshifts
- The count starts at 0.
- 0=immediately when the fundraiser logs in (after the group was created)
- 1= 1 day AFTER the first login (after the group was created)
- Schedules to not count back to all the workshifts which have been assigned to fundraisers before creating this training group.
Schedule by days
- Here you can set how many days after the first login the fundraiser will have access to the quiz.
- The fundraisers does not need a workshift for the count to go up
(f.E. Fundraisers should do the quiz before their first work day -> Schedule by days 0)
(f.E. Fundraisers should do a reminder quiz every week -> Schedule by days 7)
Schedule by workshift:
- Here you can set how many workshifts AFTER the first login the fundraiser will have access to the quiz.
(f.E. immediately after login on the first work day (workshift)-> Schedule by workshift 0)
- Workshifts are added in the Team setup. So the actual days the fundraisers have access to the form and can sign up donors.
Tip: With many quizzes, it can be overwhelming for fundraisers to complete them all at once. Use this function to make it easier for new employees to get started.
Attempts expire after
- If some quizzes should be repeated after a certain timeperiod. Add in Attempts expire after, after how many days, fundraisers have to finish the quizzes again successfully.
(f.E. 7 = repeat every week)
(f.E. 365 = repeat every year)
Tip: Setting quizzes to repeat is a good way to remind fundraisers of routine actions, such as updating the tablets etc.
Where can fundraisers access the quiz?
When you access the fundraiser dashboard and click on the fundraiser picture in the top right corner the section "Training Center" will be displayed. Clicking on this button will direct the user to the quizzes.
Mandatory trainings will be displayed after clicking on the campaign button on the fundraiser dashboard. After the trainings are completed, the form opens
