Browser, Tablet Size and Operating System

Our app is platform-independent and can therefore be used on any tablet. iOS, Android, or Windows - entirely your choice.

We test mainly on Samsung Tablets and iPads but do not recommend specific devices for working with our software anymore. However, important points to consider are the tablet's screen size, the operating system's version, the browser, and its version. You can find detailed information on what to pay attention to in this article.

Screen Size

To create optimal working conditions for employees, we recommend using a tablet rather than, for example, a mobile phone. The reason for this is the screen size; our forms are designed for medium to large screens. A screen diagonal between 20.3 cm (8 inches) and 33 cm (13 inches) is therefore recommended.

Browser

When using the browser, two points should be considered:

1. Officially, we test our software on the Safari and Google Chrome browsers and only support these two browsers. Therefore, we advise using one of these browsers to achieve the best possible performance. It's important to mention that incognito versions are not supported.

2. The second point to consider is the browser version. Your browsers should always be up to date. If the version is no longer updateable (despite an outdated version number), it is likely due to an outdated operating system.

It's always advantageous to have the latest or nearly current version of the operating system on the tablet. As mentioned above, outdated versions can lead to an outdated browser version.

Operating System

It's recommended to update the devices to the latest operating system. Our app only supports operating systems that are still officially supported and maintained.

Miscellaneous

We also recommend using a tablet with a physical or electronic SIM card (not via Wi-Fi) since this ensures the optimal working experience, allowing you to operate as location-independent as possible.
