There are several ways to transfer data from Formunauts to your CRM — each with its own benefits and considerations. Below is an overview of the available options:
1. Automated Exports
For those who want seamless, hands-off data transfer.
If you prefer not to worry about how data moves between systems, this is the solution for you.
We can set up custom CSV or Excel export formats tailored to match your CRM's requirements exactly. These files can be automatically uploaded to an SFTP server — either one provided by the charity or hosted by Formunauts. Exports can run on a daily, weekly, or custom schedule at a time of your choice.
Automated exports are part of our Dataflow Module, which means they’re tightly integrated with our internal status system. You can define whether all sign-ups are included or only those with specific statuses.

2. API Access

3. Default Export
Ideal if you prefer working with Excel but don’t need automation.
You can manually download all sign-ups directly from the Formunauts platform. However, since this default export format is standardized for general use, you may need to adapt it to match your internal data structure.
Please note that only users with the appropriate permissions can access this export — and it’s not directly available to the charity.

4. Salesforce & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration
For organizations using major CRM platforms.
If your charity uses Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365, this might be the best option.
Through our partner RaiseNow, we offer a CRM connector via a managed package you can install directly into your CRM. This integration not only enables data transfer from Formunauts to your system but also brings RaiseNow’s ePayment subscription management directly into your CRM.
