Manage your Jobscout accounts
Jobscouts are the recruiting equivalent of fundraiser accounts.
To filter your jobscouts, either use the search bar or click on "Filter" to switch between active and inactive jobscouts.
If you want to change the order in which your jobscouts are displayed, click on the blue highlighted headers at the top (e.g., "User").

To edit a jobscout account, click on their picture next to the personal information.
Using the checkbox under the "Active" header, you can activate or deactivate jobscouts with a single click.
To create a new jobscout account, click on "+ Add Jobscout" in the top right.

Explanation of some of the fields:
Photo
Upload a photo of the new jobscout here. This will later be displayed on the dashboard and the recruiting form.
Fundraiser Number
Usually a four- to six-digit number used to identify fundraisers and jobscouts internally. Together with the customer prefix defined by us, this forms the username.
E.g.: Fundraiser number "1001" and customer prefix "uk" result in the username "uk-1001".
Email Address
The provided email address will automatically receive a generated password from us, which the jobscout can use to log in.
Once all information is entered, click the "Save" button at the bottom to save. The new jobscout account is now created.
