Recruiting - FAQ

In this article, we answer the most common questions about recruiting campaigns, Jobscout accounts, and applicant management. Here, you’ll learn how to create campaigns, organize teams, and efficiently manage applicants.

What is a Jobscout?

A Jobscout has the same rights as a Fundraiser. They have access to the recruitment form assigned to them within the team. Once they are part of an active team, the Jobscout can log into the app.

Can Fundraisers also submit applications?

Yes! Navigate to the "Recruiting Settings" section in the admin area. After clicking on it, you can specify under "Campaigns on referral form for fundraisers" which recruiting campaigns should be enabled for Fundraisers.

Applications submitted by Fundraisers are considered "referrals" However, you can find them in the admin menu under "Job applications," just like regular applications.

Can SMS messages be sent to applicants?

Yes! However, this requires our SMS subscription. Please note that recruiting SMS messages cannot contain placeholders such as "Applicant's First Name."

Are there special recruiting widgets for the dashboard or cockpit?

Yes! We already offer several recruiting widgets and can also create new ones based on your needs. Here are some examples:

• Number of applications
• Average age of applicants
• Latest applications (list)
• Number of applications per campaign
• Number of applicants under X years old
• Number of applicants over X years old

Will anyone be notified when applications or referrals are submitted?

Yes, but only when a Fundraiser submits a referral. In this case, the recruiters of the respective recruiting campaign will receive a notification email—but not the Head Recruiters.

When Jobscouts submit an application, recruiters do not receive an email notification.

Will anyone be notified before applications/referrals are anonymized?

Yes, if an email address is stored for the respective users, a reminder email will be sent to the following user groups:

• Customer administrators
• Recruiters
• Head Recruiters
