🚀 The Launcher – the new homepage of the app

ℹ️ New: The Launcher replaces the previous legacy dashboard and offers a modern and clear interface for daily work with Formunauts.

The Launcher is the central homepage for daily work with Formunauts. Here you will find all important information, functions, and forms bundled in one place.

Key features at a glance

📋 Campaigns & Forms
After logging in, you go directly to the Launcher. There you will find the campaigns, petitions, and recruitings available to you and can open the corresponding forms.

Fundraisers see the content personally assigned to them and can open the forms for which they are enabled in their current team and shift.

Team leaders can also use campaigns and forms—provided they have an active shift. Coaches can access donation campaigns for all teams they supervise and do not need an active work shift for this.

📊 Statistics
The statistics in the Launcher are displayed via individually configurable widgets.

Your organization can determine which eight statistic widgets are shown on the homepage. This selection applies generally and cannot be configured differently for individual campaigns.

Fundraisers see their own performance data. Team leaders can additionally view the statistics of the fundraisers on their team. Coaches have access to the statistics of all fundraisers and teams they supervise.

🔎 Detail View
For a more detailed analysis of performance data, the Detail View is available. You can access it through the Statistics area on the homepage.

Unlike the eight widgets on the homepage, the statistic widgets in the Detail View can be defined individually for each campaign. This way, your organization can determine which key figures are relevant for the respective campaign and should be displayed there.

Additionally, the data can be filtered by campaign and time period. The statistics can be displayed in different views.

Team leaders can view their team's performance and directly open the individual statistics of single fundraisers. Coaches can switch between the teams they supervise and their members.

📰 Activity Stream
The Activity Stream is a chronological feed with important events from daily work. These include, among others:

• successful and incomplete donations
• achieved achievements
• feedback from donors

Fundraisers see only their own activities. Team leaders see the activities of fundraisers on their team. Coaches can view the activities of all fundraisers from the teams they supervise.

Team leaders and coaches can also filter the Activity Stream by individual persons and time periods.

You can find the Activity Stream via the sidebar navigation of the Launcher.

📍 Locations
The currently selected location is displayed directly in the Launcher. There you can change the location and view all relevant information about the respective location.

🏆 Achievements
On a dedicated page, your personal successes and awards are clearly displayed.

📚 Training Center
Training materials and content can be accessed directly via the Launcher.

💾 Offline Storage
The Launcher notifies you if data is still stored locally on your device and has not yet been uploaded. These can be uploaded manually if needed.

Some features of the previous legacy dashboard are currently not available in the Launcher.

⚠️ Important: If your organization actively uses recruiting widgets, you should not switch to the Launcher yet.

💡 Good to know

• The Launcher is optimized for use on tablets, but also works on smartphones.
• Thanks to the offline mode, work can continue even with poor or interrupted internet connection.
• Forms for donations, petitions, and recruiting can be opened directly via the Launcher.
