User types

What are the different users and what are they allowed to do?

Staff users

• Customer admin
  The admin is the super-user that is entitled to do everything possible. He has full control about all functions and settings.
  
  
• Campaign Manager
  A campaign manager is the top-level for a specific campaign in the system. He can add users and Fundraiser, add sites for his campaigns, edit fundraisers and promote fundraisers to be team-leader or coach. He has access to all of the stats within the campaign he is assigned. You can assign a campaign manager to a campaign in the settings area.
  
  
• Head Recruiter
  A head recruiter is like a campaign manager for recruiting campaigns. He is able to see all recruitment statistics of the campaigns he is assigned to.
  
  
• Recruiter
  A recruiter is a person who is running recruitment teams. He has access to the applications. Jobscouts recruit for his recruiting campaign. A recruiter can also be added to a recruiting team and recruit new fundraisers. Read more on recruiting...
  
  
• Calling Agent
  If you have people in your team that call new donors to get feedback or give further informations just give them this credential. A calling agent has full read-write access to the donations, but has no access to the stats and HR-Management.
  
  

Fundraisers

• Coach
  The coach is the top-level fundraiser that plays a supporting role. He can add and edit fundraisers and Teams. A coach is assigned to teams. This determines what statistic he is able to see. A coach can be assigned to multiple teams at the same time and also has access to the donation forms - even if he has no work-shift assigned. In order to not falsify the team-statistics, donations from coaches are not counted to the statistics unless he has a work-shift at the day of the signup. More on handling coach donations...
  
  
• Teamleader
  A Teamleader can be assigned to one team at a time. He only has access to the stats of the fundraisers assigned to his team. He can set up teams and edit fundraisers.
  
  
• Fundraiser
  A fundraiser only has access to his own statistics and donation form. He is the working bee of the team.

This is Formunauts basic user-structure but it is also possible to give certain users extra credentials. For example: Normally campaign-managers have no access to the donations, but if you want a certain campaign-manger to be able to view and change donations (correct mistakes of the fundraisers, check if fundraisers have signed up each other etc.) it is possible to grant that special campaign-manager do have access. This is something our support-team needs to fix for you, so just drop us a support request and we will add the credentials to the user.
