At a glance
Every user of Formunauts has a role, each with its own permissions and access rights. As a Customer Admin you can find all the users within your organisation and their assigned roles here: 'HR management' / 'Users'
Types of roles in Formunauts
- Customer Admin, control the highest-level security and administrative settings
- Campaign Manager, can manage campaigns, fundraisers & teams assigned to campaigns
- Petition Campaign Manager, can manage petitions, fundraisers & teams
- Coach, can manage fundraisers & assigned teams and has access to the supporters feedback
- Team Leader, can manage fundraisers & assigned teams
- Calling Agent, can access unfinished donations
- Head Recruiter, can manage assigned recruiting teams and all job applications
- Recruiter, can manage the recruiting section, recruiting teams, and jobscouts
- Jobscout, can only manage job applications uploaded by the jobscout
- Fundraiser, can only manage unfinished donations uploaded by the fundraiser
As a customer admin, you can also edit the assigned roles of the users in the section 'HR management' / 'Users'.
