On this page you see all available donations.
Search for specific donations in the search bar or filter them by Fundraiser, Campaign, Team, Date, pick-up status, retrieval status or welcome call successful.
To sort the displayed donations either ascending or descending click the according column's header.
Available actions
to perform an action with one or more donations please select the donations with the checkbox to it's left. To batch-select all donations use the checkbox in the header row.
Please note: If you select more than 100 donations, which is the listing page limit, you will see a button that allows you to select all donations within your filter criteria.
After selecting the donations you can select one of following options in the bottom left corner:
- Delete Selected donation
Deletes the donations. Before actually deleting donations, you will see a confirmation step that will list all relations the donations might have (work-shifts, etc.). If you are sure you want to delete, confirm by typing "Delete". - Download as .pdf
This creates a downloadable archive of the donation-pdfs for the selected donations. When the archive is created you receive a download-link per email. To download the link, please make sure you are signed in as the user that created the archive. - Download as .csv
This downloads a csv file with all donation data of the selected donations - Mark donation for retrieval via data API/Anonymization
If you use our rest API to transfer the donations to your CRM, this options makes the donations available for retrieval.
In addition to that that donations get cleared for anonymization with this option. If donations are marked for anonymization they remain in the system for 30 days. After that time they get anonymized and are no longer available in the system.
Please note that marking for retrieval via data API/Anonymization cannot be undone.
If you need to edit a donation simply do so by clicking its public ID.
