Welcome to the donation overview: Here you can quickly and conveniently get an overview of your donations. The filter option and download/export options make it easy to transfer and manage your data.
Navigation:
Basics
- To edit a donation, simply click on the donation ID, make the desired changes and save them by clicking on "Save" in the bottom right-hand corner
- To perform actions with one (or more) donation(s), mark them by checking the box to the left.
Tip: Use the checkbox next to "Form number" to mark all donations at the same time. Please note that only the donations on the first page will be marked! (=100 donations)
To select all donations, tap "Select all xxx donations" on the toolbar at the bottom.
Drop-down menu
Once you have selected donations, you can perform one of the following actions. To do this, use the drop-down menu at the bottom left:
Delete selected donations
This action deletes all selected donations. Before the donations are deleted, there is a confirmation step in which all the data associated with the individual donations (work shifts, etc.) is displayed. If you really want to delete the donations, confirm with "delete".
Change Status
If the "Dataflow Module" feature is used, you can choose between several statuses (failed > canceled > stopped > held > call > c-approved > approved > live). These are assigned automatically by processes or manually.
For more detailed information on the "Dataflow Module", click here: Donation Status & Workflows
Download as PDF
Creates a downloadable archive of donation PDFs for the selected donations. When the archive is created, you will receive the download link via e-mail. If you want to download the PDFs, please make sure that you are logged in with the user who created the archive.
Download as CSV
Starts the download of a csv file with all donation data of the selected donations.
Before the download you will be asked if you want to mark the donation as exported, if "Yes" the anonymization process of the donation will be started.
It can still be edited for the next 7 days. After these 7 days it can still be viewed for 30 days without the possibility of editing -> after that it will be anonymized.
Download as XLSX
Starts the download of an Excel file with all donation data of the selected donations.
Before the download you will be asked if you want to mark the donation as exported, if "Yes" the anonymization process of the donation will be started.
It can still be edited for the next 7 days. After these 7 days it can still be viewed for 30 days without the possibility of editing -> after that it will be anonymized.
Mark for retrieval via data API
If you use our Rest API to load the donations into your CRM, this action allows the data to be retrieved.
In addition, donations with this option are released for anonymization. For the next 30 days they are no longer editable, after these 30 days they are completely anonymized.
You can find more information about our API here: Data API Documentation
Important: Donations with "Held" status cannot be marked for retrieval via the API.
Revoke Retrieval status for Data API
Has an error been overlooked - which still needs to be changed in the donation - but the data has already been released for the API? There is an additional permission to revoke the clearance called "Revoke release for the data interface". This option is not available for all users and must be requested from our support team. Please contact us at support@formunauts.com.
Filter
To find exactly the right donation or donations you are looking for, there are a number of filters to help you. For this purpose the gray "Filter" bar on the far right is there.
Fundraiser/campaign/team/start and end date
Here you have the option of filtering for specific fundraisers, teams and campaigns. There is also a time filter to filter by a specific period or day.
Retrieval Status
The "Retrieval status" refers to the API, which we have already mentioned. It is possible to filter for " cleared" and "not cleared" donations.
With "Retrieval confirmed", the used CRM confirmed that the donations were transferred correctly.
Under "Retrieval Error" you will find all donations for which there was an error during export/import to CRM. Check again to see in detail what happened.
Has been Exported
This filter refers to PDF downloads:
- exported as PDF
- not exported as PDF
To XLSX,CSV download / automatic XLSX, CSV export:
- exported to charity
- not exported to charity
Or to a possible call center export:
- exported to callcenter
- not exported to callcenter
By Exported to Charity
Of course, it is also possible here to filter according to a specific time period, when the donations were downloaded or exported via XLSX, CSV.
Tip: The anonymization process is triggered from the "Exported date". Check here how long your data will still be available.
Has been Imported
After exports, there must of course also be imports.
Check your call center imports under:
- imported from callcenter
- not imported from callcenter
You can also import billing data for donations:
- imported as billed to agency (Agentur)
- not imported as billed to agency (Agentur)
- imported as billed to charity (Organisation)
- not imported as billed to charity (Organisation)
Mailjet Status
We use Mailjet to send welcome emails and all other emails. This filter is about sending welcome emails to donors.
Check here whether your welcome mail is really opened or bounced by the mail provider (Yahoo, Google etc.).
Tip: If this happens frequently, further verification usually helps, please have a look here: SPF & DKIM Authentication
Welcome call successful
Are you using a call center export/import? See here how many/which donors were actually reached.
Payment Method
Filter here for the different payment methods of your campaigns.
We have so many different payment methods that unfortunately we can't fit them into one screenshot here 🚀 Take a look for yourself in the drop-down menu!
Payment Interval
Filter here for the different payment intervals of your donations.
It is also possible to select more than one at a time!
Tip: In Windows, use "Ctrl "+click to select multiple intervals. Use the same key combination to deselect intervals again!

Do you use a Raisenow connection? (Online payment methods: credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay) Check here if your donations were successful and which were not.
Is self checkout
Do you use self-checkout (donation is completed on the donor's device) as a payment option on the form?
SCO: Donation where only the signature was entered by the donor on their own device (payment data already on the tablet by the fundraiser)
SCO Payment: Donation where payment data and signature were filled in by the donor on their own device
Status
With the active "Dataflow Module" feature, you can choose between different statuses for the donations, either automatically or manually.
Statuses: failed > canceled > stopped > held > call > c-approved > approved > live
Here you can filter according to the individual statuses.
Tip: In Windows, use "Ctrl "+ click to select multiple intervals. Use the same key combination to deselect intervals again!
For more information on the Dataflow module, click here: Donation Status & Workflows
Status Reason
Status Reason is related to the status and gives further information why the donation has a certain status.
Status Reasons are often used in call center imports to update the donation in the Formunaut system and to give a quick overview of the reasons.
Quality Check
Here you can see whether the donation has passed all the quality checks that are activated for the campaign.
If all quality checks were successful, the probability is much higher that the donation can be debited and that the donor will really stick with it.
Here are all the quality checks that are possible in the Formunauts system: Extended quality inspection
Rating
Filter for donations with donor feedback here. The feedback asks for stars: i.e. 1 star to a maximum of 5 stars.
