Overview

In the single view you can edit the dataset after the upload. Furthermore informations about the sending of the Welcome-Email, the quality widget-feedback and the API-Retrievalstatus/Anonymisation are shown here. You can resend the Welcome-Email and download the donation-pdf. Last but not least you are able to look into the change history of the dataset. 

Changing a dataset

To change the dataset just click into the relevant data field, change what you want to change and click on "Save" or "Save and edit next" in the lower right corner. If the donation is set "on hold", you can remove the "on hold"-status by unclicking the matchbox under "On hold". Please notice that datasets cannot be changed after they are marked for anonymization.

- Change Log

If you want to see the change history of the dataset just click on "History" in the upper right corner. 

Now you can choose and compare two different versions by clicking on the radio-buttons. The left radio-button is for selecting die older version, the right one for the newer versions. By klicking on "compare" you will see the performed changes in detail.

- Resend the Welcome-Email:

If you have changed the dataset it may be useful to resend the Welcome-Email with the updated data. To do that just click on "Resend welcome mail" in the upper right corner. The Welcome-Email will be sent with the newest data. Please make sure, that the changes are saved before resending the mail.

- Download donation-pdf: 

Click on "PDF" in the upper right corner to open the donation-pdf. You can now easily save it.
