At a glance
Every Monday night an archive with all available CSV exports is created.
The Archive includes
- All donations of all campaigns in a single file
- All petitions of all campaigns in a single file
- All weekly reports of all active fundraisers as CSV and pdf
The CSV archive lists all the created archives that have been created, so you can see it as a sort of backup.
Who can use it?
The Customer Admin has access to the whole CSV archive. The Campaign Manager has access to the CSV's that are assigned to his campaigns.
If the weekly reports are activated, every Customer Admin user gets weekly reports per email. This report includes a download link, which starts the CSV export. Please note, that you have to sign in with the user the archive was created for to download the file.
The archive can also be accessed via the back end in the section 'CSV Archive' / 'CSV Archives'.
How can I use it?
When logged in as "Customer admin" of your organization, on the Home view, you will see the section "CSV archives".
Your CSV archive is sorted by year.
Click on the year and a list of all the CSV archives of each calendar week will be shown:
Simpy click on the calendar week you need and the download of the zip file starts.
Please be aware, that you will only see the CSV archives for the current weeks and three weeks back.
