If you have an Admin role, you have the possibilities to make some modifications for your own donation campaigns. Below we have listed and explained the functionality of the available options.

The campaign name is set when creating the campaign and cannot be changed later on.
Campaign manager
Set who this campaigns campaign manager is and add further campaign managers if required.
Logo
Choose the organisation's logo that will be shown in the campaign overview visible to you and your fundraisers.
Accepted Countries
Here you can choose which countries' account data you will accept. If none is selected, all countries are accepted by default.
Minimum Age
Your new donors have to be at least this age to be allowed to donate to your cause.

Contact required
You can make email addresses, phone numbers etc visible and/or mandatory or use the dropdown menu for mandatory phone numbers.

If you have any special requirements, please let us know and we will see what we can do for you.
Campaign Goal
Goal unit: Set a goal unit for this particular campaign consisting of either
supporter count - counts supporters
total donations - sums up donations in your currency
total points - sums up points reached
Goal: Specific (numeric) goal for this campaign.
Number range
The number range defines the so-called public ID, a number automatically given to each donation.
By default the form numbers are generated automatically, so that every campaign has its unique range of form numbers, but the range can be defined manually. As some of our clients work with multiple organisations, two campaigns can have the same range. However within one campaign form there will never be duplicates.
Your public IDs can be just numbers (2000000 - 2999999) or a combination of numbers with letters and underscores (ABC_D1_2000000 - ABC_D1_2999999).
Minimum public ID:
Maximum public ID: define a maximum ID or leave blank. If left blank, the system will simply continue counting upwards.
If a Maximum public ID is defined, the system will send you a warning per email when you are getting close to the limit. Should you ever exceed the given number range, the system will automatically add a system-generate ID, donations will not be denied.
Current public ID: shows you which number the last recorded donation received.
Payment settings
Check your SMS keyword and shortcode here.
Donation amount proposals
You can set one to four different amounts to be shown on the donation form of your fundraisers.
If you want to add or modify the amount proposals shown depending on predefined age-groups, please reach out to us and we will gladly help you.
Donation amount minimums
Set the smallest amount your new donors can give for each interval, even for single payments.
If the app has to chose between two applicable minimum amounts, the higher amount will make the race.
Example:
general minimum amount = €10
minimum amount for monthly donations = €12
⇒ €12 will be considered the minimum if the interval "monthly" is chosen
Campaign Payment interval configs
Set the possible donation intervals of your donation forms and define a minimum amount for each, if you'd like it to differ from the general donation amount minimum.
In the column "Order" you can define which order they should be shown in. The lowest number will always trigger the option to be shown at the top.
The "Display name" give you the possibility to modify what your fundraiser and the potential donor can see, for example "per month" instead of "monthly".
Donation form wording
Change all words on your donation including titles. If you use multilingual campaign forms you have the option to change the wording of each language individually.
For more information on form wording check out our article "Settings - Form wording"
Disclaimers
Change your disclaimers for each step of the donation form and the contact and bank data here.
Disclaimers can be formatted with simple HTML. If you are not an HTML crack, there are multiple free online tools that can help you create the necessary HTML, like HTML ed.it or HTML cleaner.com.

Locations
Going to the main Menu, scrolling down and choosing Locations, you can define different sites for your fundraiser to choose from, which can also be pre-selected per team by all who have admin access.
If you have a longer list of locations you don't want to manually add one by one, send us a list with the codes and names and we can upload them for you as part of our support services.
