Overview of all fundraisers
To filter your fundraisers, you can either use the search bar or click on “Filter” to switch between active and inactive fundraisers.
Do you want to change the order in which the fundraisers are displayed? Just click on the blue headers at the top (e.g. “User”).
The permissions for teams and coaches can be conveniently assigned or withdrawn using the checkboxes. You can use the same method to activate or deactivate fundraiser accounts.
To edit a fundraiser account, click on the image to the left of the personal information.
To add a new fundraiser, click on the “+ Add fundraiser” button in the top right corner.
Photo
Upload a photo of the new fundraiser here. This will later be displayed on the dashboard, in the form and on the donor feedback page.
Fundraiser code
This is usually a four- to six-digit number that is used to identify fundraisers internally. Together with the customer prefix we define, this number is used to create the username.
Example: fundraiser number “1001” and customer prefix “uk” result in the username “uk-1001”.
Status
Use the checkboxes to determine which accesses and functions the fundraiser should receive. If you have any questions about the user types, just take a look at our help article about the user types.
A password generated by us will be sent automatically to the email address provided by the fundraiser, enabling them to log in.
Password
After the fundraiser account has been saved, you can change the automatically generated password. To do this, go to the “Password” section and click on the “this form” link. Here you can customize the password. Please note that the new password will not be sent by email.
Further information
If donations, petitions or applications have already been uploaded with a fundraiser account, this account can no longer be deleted. However, it can be set to inactive by unchecking the “active” box.
If the fundraiser account is not logged in to within a month, it will automatically be set to “inactive”. A customer admin can then reactivate the account.
Reset login attempts
If a user has failed to provide the correct login credentials 5 times in a row within a short period of time, their account will be prohibited from logging in for an hour.
To reset these login attempts fundraisers must reach out to someone with a customer account who can then reset their login attempts in the fundraiser management section
To do so, just click the checkbox left to the profile picture to select the fundraiser.
Then click on the dropdown menu on the bottom left of the page, choose "Reset login attempts" and click "Go".
Once this has been done the affected fundraisers will be able to log in again.
